General Guidelines and Policy

TotalDobe celebrates all Dobermans of all types. However, we do reserve the right to reject any ad for any reason. Litter ads have a special set of guidelines. If any ad is found to contain false information it will be removed. No refunds are offered. All ads, except for litter and for sale ads, stay on the site permanently unless removal is requested. All dogs are listed in their main category (i.e., Males, Females, Kennels, etc.) plus ONE extra category of your choice (i.e., conformation, schutzhund). Extra categories for a small fee. Health updates, date of death and cause of death for dogs always listed at NO charge. Links to an existing home page are also provided at no charge.

You can also email me prior to purchase with any questions. I will contact you upon receipt of PayPal notification and get information on your dog--see Viva's page for an example of dog information collected.

Individual Dog Ads

For dog ads submit up to 3 photos, at least one head shot and at least one stacked (standing side view) shot preferred. Pedigree (up to 4 generations shown in ad). Health data. Date of Birth (and date of death if applicable). Full name including titles. Accomplishments (show record, work accomplishments/scores). What categories you want the dog listed in (see above). Permanent listing.

Price: $50

Kennel Ads

Kennel listings have an additional Kennel page as well as individual dog pages for each dog listed. Kennel page will have a thumbnail photo and name for each dog, linked to their individual page. Prices for individual dogs are as listed above. If you have 8 or more dogs, contact me for more discounts. Permanent listing.

Puppies, Litters, and For Sale Ads

See the special guidelines for puppies, litters, and dogs of any age offered for sale through this site. Submit a photo of the sire and dam, pedigree, and the other requested material from the puppy guidelines page. Date of Birth, and in the case of older dogs for sale, any health testing and titling completed. Listed for 2 months.

Products and Services

Products and services for sale can have more than Doberman merchandise, but items specific to either Dobermans or general training useful to Doberman owners should be offered. Banner ads are listed in the Products section of the site and in the category of the advertiser's choice.

Updates and Changes

The price for updating includes any changes made to a dog's page or product banner ad, other than health, Date and cause of death. There is one flat price for each time changes are made, not for each change. So, for instance, if someone wanted to update their dog's accomplishments, change a photo, and add health data, that would be one change fee if all the changes were sent simultaneously. Health test updates, date and cause of death data is always free of charge.

Extra Categories

Each ad comes with two categories—a main category (i.e., male, female, young star, products, etc.) and 1 extra category (i.e., tracking, obedience, schutzhund). Extra categories can be added for a small fee. Listing on the top page is an additional fee, see the top of this page for those fees

Any breeder or other advertiser submitting false information will have the ad withdrawn without notice.

TotalDobe is serving as a resource. Any and all claims made by breeders or commercial product entities are the responsibility of those breeders/sellers alone. TotalDobe is in no way responsible for any problems with any dog or product advertised on this site and cannot be held liable. However, TotalDobe encourages anyone who has a problem with a product or breeder to contact us. All contacts will be investigated, and at TotalDobe's discretion that person/product/dog may be removed from this site.
